you have to have public_html to store your web files but your won’t reference public_html in your web pages.
I would suggest to keep thing simple and don’t use frame!
go to your cpancel wipe it clean and start over again.
If you just delete the public_html part then it will work correctly.

I’ve just open the site and it seems to be showing up fine now (just like mine), I don’t know about the access to it backend however…
