I can understand why I get to see the WP install page when I’m over the rate limit. But why do my visitors get to see the page? And yes, they do!! If I’m out, they’re out. If I see the install page, so do they…
How can I prevent some noob (or someone bad who simply sees an opportunity) to re-install with completely other data? What happens if that happens? Will I be able to restore somehow? Even if they used another e-mailaddress and another password?
I’ve had WP sites before, though never on a free host. Never ever had this happening before!
Please help me out here, I really want to get rid of the install page when I’m over the rate limit!
