Why my website is sleeping?

I contact you because I just noticed my website is “sleeping”: https://jordan-lacroix.000webhostapp.com/

I don’t know why and i’m confused, because it’s my student website and I need it for my final exam and for my internship search… can you help me please?

I checked your site and the sleep it set for 6-7pm GMT which is now for me anyway so your site will resume in 15 minutes.

You can change your sleep time via General Settings and choose an hour period during the night like 3am.
