WP Loading speed slow? - Namecheap

I recently bought a new domain from namecheap.com. After some trial and error I was able to transfer it to my 000webhost free website using the custom domain option and following the instructions. I then installed WP automatically from 000webhost. But I noticed immediately as to how slow the pages were loading. My website is a .club, that has nothing to do with the speed, right?

And I haven’t changed any DNS settings on the namecheap dashboard except the actual CNAME. While I set it up, namecheap did not allow me to change the TTL to 14440 as required in the tutorial post by @andrius . So I left it on automatic TTL.

Does this affect the loading speed? Or is it simply generally slow?

TTL left on automatic is even better option. it has nothing to donwith page speed.

What is your website?

Who is your domain registered with out of interest?

I bought it under namecheap.com so NameCheap is the registrar I assume (if that is what you meant). I think my issue exists due to the fact that I first used the 000webhost easy builder but then installed wordpress afterwards. My website doesn’t load at all as of writing this post.

[EDIT] I just tried it again after waiting some time and the website was responsive. It doesn’t seem like there are anymore issues concerning responsiveness. Thank you for responding @James @andrius
