Account deactivated, ‘make new account’?

We posted a ‘Topic’ about our free account having been deactivated due to not logging in.
The reply was: “You’ll need to make a new account sorry.”
In the past we were able to upload our index/files to the account directory with FileZilla.’
Can we make a new account, with the same domain name as before, and use FileZilla to upload the index/files ?
And if so, what is the ‘login requirement’ time frame.
We only received warnings that the website had not been visited enough, but never saw any alert about logging-in at 000Webhost.com.
Please advise.

You can make a new account sure thing, the same free 000webhostapp domain won’t be able to be used.
