How to change the version of PHP on my site?
I read a previous tutorial by the site administer here:

But my Cpanel does not have “settings–>general” tab.
Please help

Can you post a screenshot of your control panel please?

Visit www.000webhost.com signup to a new email to a new account and you can use the new control panel to change php version, the old panel doesn’t allow it and will be phased out soon sorry.
