A lot of users have been posting lately about limitations and suspensions - this is likely due to developers putting the limits into automation now, over the last few years we’ve been pretty lax about it and only really suspending the high hitting abusive users, but now the automation means that any user who exceeds the free plan limits will automatically be suspended as it affects other free users and we want a fair platform where users can learn but within limits.

It’s happening when using the domain too, I am getting this error only sometimes and when i refresh it works again
Generally that problem of no such website will appear if your site is getting a lot of hits, it would likely be a good test to try alternative free hosting or upgrade to resolve.
Apologies there is literally nothing we can do to resolve that for you.
