Hi, I have created a new account and verified it, hopefully correctly. I added my domain name ( bought from GoDaddy ) and it shows as parked. I have also changed the DNS pointers at GoDaddy to the NS01/NS02 as provided in my welcome emails. All should be ok but its not. I’m still being told I need to change the DNS pointers but I know this has been done and I have double checked this so not sure where the problem is. I cannot use FTP to send my site to the new account as this also fails. I have another account and this shows my website on my screen after logon, this new account shows no website information. Have I missed something or is something broken ?
