There is not a working alternative to FTP. The file manager mentioned in Stable File Manager actually just links to the FTP-credential-based file manager, which does not work. What are we to use?
You use FTP or the one in our panel, while that is not working you have to wait it out, when you do regain access you upload the stable php to use in the future of periods of high traffic and inaccessibility.
