There is no such website

Hi,
I created a website at https://tatibechephoto.000webhostapp.com/ and manually installed Wordpress.
Problem is from time to time when I try to access the website it shows There is no such website page, while it starts working fine again minutes later.
I did not change the site address in the Wordpress settings.
Any solutions?

@marcodirin This is because of the limitations imposed on free platform.
Simple solution is just to try again in some time.
