New to 000webhost and experienced pathetic service. when i restored a archived site it shows site will be restored soon. but not restoring.
Sorry you feel that way, anyhow the storage layer is at capacity currently, we are removing abusive users content and inactive accounts and adding additional storage to resolve this.
You might have missed the banner and the pinned threads regarding new sites not being able to be created or archived sites being restored.
Try reading 
If you post your URL it will be added to a list of sites to be restored when possible.
Please restore my below site. This is sample and new site and no abused content in it.

No as there storage issue is present still.
