I have again the same problem. My website disappeared:
I created it again and I was login on my 000webhost Account every month and again my website www.przegladysoi.pl disappeared. Why? 
What i’m doing wrong?
Please help me!
That custom domain / app name przeglady was deleted sadly after 7 days of being suspended.
I can see a mail was sent to the address on the date of suspension giving information how to appeal.
Users need appeal within 7 days to avoid deletion.
In this case no appeal was found hence deletion.
