I managed to get access to site using FTP client FileZilla 
I think there is problem with ftp server and there working to solve but idont know when.

The web ftp is not working:
ftp_rawlist(): Unable to create temporary file. Check permissions in temporary files directory.
Filezilla loads but it disconnects quite often
Still intermittent access issues sadly

Is it only free services that are down or paid services as well?
Paid services are completely different and working fine
Free service FTP is still facing intermittent access issues.
No need for premium just use alternative free hosting or if you like 000wh you can wait it out

It worked for a few minutes today for me, then went south.
You can use filezilla to download your files. You can also upload this script:https://raw.githubusercontent.com/prasathmani/tinyfilemanager/master/tinyfilemanager.php which is basically a web file manager just like files.000webhost.com but much better and actually working. The default username and password are admin/admin.

Hi, I can not access sites through ftp (filezilla, mc) or file manager.

“Repair my Website” did not help.
Renew ftp password did not help.
Please help or fix.
