Ongoing Database error problem

Hi,
I think this might be a re-occurring issue so I am posting the link to previously closed topic threads that I have had with this. I have not worked on this website for quite a while and was just notified it was displaying the connection error message. So I don’t think I cause it but really am not sure what the issue is.

Erro messsage:
Error establishing a database connection

Any help would be appreciated.

To resolve this issue I opened your wp-config.php file from public_html found the lines of the username, database name and password.
For whatever reason the username and database name was wrong, I copied and pasted the correct credentials into the file and saved it.

The site now loads :slight_smile:
