As a teacher, I find the Weebly for Education website great to teach middle school kids how to create basic websites and even a little HTML. But when they have a glitch, like I did today, where one of my students suddenly couldn't sign into his account, it was very frustrating not to have a support line to call. I only have about 45 minutes to work with my students, and I couldn't get him back to work on his site because we are still waiting for Weebly Support to get back to us!

COMPLAINT: I'm a paying customer........I've been updating my site since June-2011 and NOW the changes I make DON'T HOLD and I lose the headers and titles to all 6 pages. What a waste of time. I've been emailing [Ken] who just gives me a "pat" answer [in hopes I"ll figure it out?].
I log in...I make changes...I close...I log out: so what is different?

Weebly is very good if you want to create a website and you don't have much skill. But after I created the site without the picture from my computer - I couldn't get support from weebly to save my life. And then they sent me this totally bogus review that my site was going gangbusters. I won't renew with them.

I Logged in to weebly to update my site and it's not there!! Can someone offer me any positive feedback... I realize it's the weekend so unable to contact support. Had this happened to anyone and were you able to get it back??
