I have been using Weebly since last November. Until now, their service and support has been great. However, my Pro subscription was not up until November, but they charged me in August! And although their voice message (415-375-3268) says that they would get back to me within one business day, I have left three messages in two weeks with no response.

Whilst I would not buy a domain from weebly (so expensive compared to others) I would recommend them without reservation to build your own site - I did mine in about 15 hours and could not be happier - great service and great tool

I love Weebly. When I first got my site, I waited about five months before I’d decide what I wanted to post. I probably would have waited longer if they hadn’t email me letting me know they noticed I hadn’t posted anything yet, and asked me whether I was please with the site. I responded, and the responded back within days.
I love Weebly. It’s easy to log on to edit my site. I simply googled Weebly.com (and it does matter which Google search you use); from there I chose create a site; from there I’m immediately logged on my site.

I’ve yet to learn how to use everything Weebly offers; but I’m getting there.

I'm not sure what to say to all of you who have problems, i'm sorry that you are being through these :(
I'm DenisXD, owner of tiberanic.weebly.com and im using it since november 2012.
I must say that so far I love it and my tiberanic has became very famous with more than 6000 visitors monthly.
Reading some of the comments made me feel worried because I'm addicted to my website. It's my personal work and I wouldn't accept it if someday weebly decides to take me down. No, i would move legally.
The only thing that I can say to all of you is to contact them again and again, they always reply and if you really want some assistance visit tiberanic and we will discuss it in the forums.

i heard about weebly,and i know some people that made their own companies and websites using weebly editor , i thought about trying it,they told me its the best drag & drop system so the day i registered,it said your banned? then i logged in with facebook,and it said your computer is banned from weebly!

Yesterday I logged into my Weebly website and up came a porn site. I was devistated!!!!! What the hell happened to my Weebly website? I'd be very embarrassed if my accounts, friends and family see this. You guys are terrible.

I'm desperate - I can't edit (add or change text) to my business website www.willowhousebedandbreakfast.weebly.com and I keep having problems logging in and it's a nightmare. I haven't had a reply yet from my e-mail to them and I've also nearly completed one for a small charity and they are relying on me to get thi sdone next week.
I don't know what to do......

I love Weebly! I am an artist who was using Wordpress, but I found their system to be very confusing and difficult to use. I found I was emailing my web designer all the time with questions and help in changing the content. Now I do it all myself without the need of a designer! That means I am adding content far more often and shifting the design around. This, of course, also means lots more hits and better ranking by google. I don't write a lot of reviews, but I am happy to recommend weebly to any and all. Well, at first I thought it was great. But then trouble started.
As soon as I tried to work with images the system would freeze up and changes would have to be lost in order to close the web browser at all.
Weebly does not seem to be compatible with windows 8 which is fair enough cus windows 8 is awful but they wont come out and tell me if that is what the problem is.
Also atm I am locked out. If I try getting in with my mac my site wont load past 90% and if I try getting on with my windows 8 laptop, every time I click into a paragraph box to write anything I get thrown out of weebly to a white screen of death or just frustration anyway!
And I don't even want to go into how hard it is to set up google ads! You'd think as they get 50% of profits from google ads they would make more of an effort to help!
I was intending to stick with weebly but now seriously thinking of taking our business elsewhere. Perhaps wordpress?
