I like Weebly, its easy to use and at the beginning when I signed up there was good support information however it seems to be having a lot of login problems lately. I cant access my site, I have tried the I forgot password routine and have got the message a reset has been sent to my email however am not getting any emails from Weebley. Not happy as need to be able to access the site without going through all this, was getting ready to migrate to own domain but..........will have to think about using another paltform if service goes on like this.

Love Weebly. Has anyone been having trouble downloading YouTube videos? I've downloaded them in the past with no problem whatsoever but I've noticed recently since YouTube changed their URL code to a different version or style, I can't get any videos to download now. The YouTube icon just won't accept it. The URL works in other programs, just not Weebly.

I have been using weebly for a while. They are fantastic!! If you want a free website and all the fun stuff with it weebly is the place to go. I referred them several times and will keep doing so.

I can't praise them enough. It's a great site; extremely easy to use; and they always get back to me no matter what questions I ask. They respond with courtesy and professionalism and follow up until I'm satisfied. But I too wonder, for how long will they be around? I hope forever (and not charging us). Find another way to make money that can be helpful for us too - but at the moment i can't afford to pay, but would be a customer who could be loyal and support you in other ways as you grow your business. Cheers, Helen

I see that I am able to transfer my domain to weebly, but I do not see an option to transfer my domain from weebly to somewhere else. Can you please tell me how to do this?

I've created two websites with weebly so far www.sprattdesign.co.uk and www.sprattsaroundtheworld.co.uk and have had no problems and can't praise the service enough my only question is how? How can they offer so much for nothing, I live in fear of a service charge one day but if you're a novice or on a budget then weebly (for now) seems to be the obvious choice)

This is a wonderful forum for users. I too am having some questions but likely they are as a result of my poor computer skills, or simply not understanding the limits of the cost of one of more addresses (sites or site name changes). I have every expectation that Weebly will get back to me with the answers I am currently seeking. Newbiestillhashope

Right up front -- I'm the Head of Customer Satisfaction at Weebly. I just want to make note of a few things. No one, and I do mean no one, who writes to our support desk is ignored. Our very small, US based support team answers hundreds upon hundreds of emails per day. And the inbox is cleared out every single day. Unless you have a complicated issue that needs to be sent to me, it's rare to wait more than a few hours to hear back. If you haven't heard back within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. If you have written in and are either not happy with the response you received or you have not heard back, just seek me out. You can write me at richard@weebly.com. Or you can find me answering every single message we receive on twitter at http://www.twitter.com/weebly/. I will answer any question you have and solve any problem you send my way. I can promise that. Richard

I have an address that has been confirmed pointing to Weebly. The problem is that when I respond to the "Site not published" error message, I can't change my address. The tech problem is: I can't change from "WWW.WWW.name" to the correct "WWW.name" I tried to delete the site twice and still it shows "WWW.WWW.name" I tried to get a hold of them, however I just got a standard response directing me towards "protocol" and then towards Godaddy. It's not a Godaddy problem, it's something in that has their application stumped. I need human support and I can't find one.

DON'T SIGN UP FOR A PRO ACCOUNT - THEY WILL DEACTIVATE YOU. It happened to me because for 'fraudulent' reasons, which is rubbish. Can't believe how horrific their customer support is - so bad I'm sure it was negative feedback I wrote that got my account deactivated and deemed as 'fraudulent' (may be coincidence it was the day after I posted). Now they have my URL, won't reactivate my account or contact me back. Bloody hopeless.
