I can not seem to get anyone at Weebly to respond to a service issue. We have sent numerous emails, tried calling, and nothing! They say their response time is 1 day, we have been trying to contact them for 1 month now!

Awesome. Fast and easy to use and (for me) completely free. I'm a full time student with this part time writing job on the side and using Weebly allows me to expand far beyond anything I have expected in my "career". Easy to use and very fast. Definitely recommend to anyone interested. My only complaint? I can't tell if the view counter on statistics counts my personal views (as editor) or not.

We are creating our web pages in Weebly. We were down approximately the same time last Feb. 23 and 24 around 1:30 pm (GMT+8:00) onwards. We tried to click publish and we always get Oopps! until we have the site completely unreachable. We reset our network and still the problem persists. We are now using another provider. Hope that we will not experience it again since we are completing our web pages.

I signed up for weebly yesterday and now it will not allow me to get back on my site. Contacted them yesterday and then sent me back an email indicating that I wasn't logging in correctly. I log in correctly but then it won't let me into my page! Very frustrating. Now I'm trying to get my site deactivated so I can go somewhere else that's A.) Easier to use and B.) Functional.

Pathetic- bloody pathetic- been trying for four days now to get webiste published but no way will it publish to the web-spent a full week doing it only to find I cant publish it- upgraded to the pro version to get site published still wont work- sent them an email 3 days ago asking for help- still waiting for a reply- this may be all fine and dandy if you happen to live in the USA but if you live in any other country forget it- really angry, really pissed off, typical yanks, take your money but because your not a fucking yank they ignore you- if your looking to build a website, dont use weebley.com- there you have been warned

For clarification, when you include a contact box on your website and collect people's contact info, there is no option for people to select a province or postal code, only state and zip code. So, if you're Canadian as I am, you might not want to build a Weebly site until they rectify this shortcoming.

There is no Canadian option for provinces and postal codes,
Only the American option of States and zip code.
If you're Canadian you might want to consider that shortcoming.

I just started a weebly website yesterday and by last night it would not allow me to log in. I have contacted them and still no change. It is frustrating that I need to have my website up by Sunday night and now cannot access it. If not fixed by tomorrow morning I will have to buy a new domain name and begin again, hoping the money I have spent at Weebly will be refunded.
